• Innkeepers Choice™ – A mature cheddar blended with pickled onions for a tangy, mouth-watering bite. Pairs perfectly with a dry white wine and makes a fantastic addition to a Ploughman’s lunch.
• Cheddar with Whisky – Smooth and firm, this cheese beautifully combines cheddar with the robust flavours of Scotch whisky, crafted on the farm at Carron Lodge.
• Red Windsor – White cheddar infused with Port and French brandy, creating striking pink marbling and a sweet, rich flavour.
• Cutting Charcoal – A creamy mature cheddar blended with edible charcoal for a unique gritty texture and bold black hue, sure to stand out on any cheeseboard.
